This new downtown location allows us to bring our exceptional services closer to the heart of Rochester while continuing to serve you from our primary location in North Chili. Our plan is to be at Elevate 585 Fitness location 2-3 days a week. If you see us in the Chiropractic room stop by and say hi! The other days of the week you can find us at our main facility located at 3237 Union St N Chili NY 14514. You are more than welcome to see us at either location. At Elevate 585 location we will be offering all cash based services (non-insurance) as insurance does not cover wellness chiropractic adjustments, Graston, Cupping and/or SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technology. At our Chili location if you wish to use insurance for active care chiropractic treatment plan we are in-network with Excellus BCBS and out-of-network (cash based) for any other insurance carrier. HSA/FSA, credit, debit, etc are all accepted at Elevate and our Chili location!
